These terms apply to the purchase and use of the ViralShotAI Prompt Pack. By buying or using it, you accept them.
1. Digital product
The ViralShotAI Prompt Pack is a digital product: a 57-page PDF guide with 40+ photo prompts, instructions, before-and-after examples and quick-fix commands. It is not software and does not include an AI photo editor. To use the prompts, you need a compatible AI photo editor that accepts image uploads and text instructions.
2. Price and one-time payment
The price is $6.00 USD, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The final amount, currency and available payment methods are the ones shown on Hotmart’s checkout.
3. Delivery through Hotmart
Payment and delivery are handled by Hotmart. Once Hotmart confirms your payment, access to the product is sent to the email address you used at checkout. The confirmation time may depend on the payment method.
4. Personal-use license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the guide and its prompts to edit your own photos. It does not transfer ownership of the content.
5. No redistribution or resale
You may not copy, share, publish, resell, sublicense or redistribute the guide or its prompts, in whole or in part, including inside other guides, courses, prompt packs or products. You may not share your access with other people.
6. Results may vary
Results depend on the original photo, its lighting and the AI photo editor you use, and those editors can change over time. The examples shown are real examples from the guide, but no specific result is guaranteed.
7. Your photos and third-party tools
You are responsible for the photos you upload and for having permission to edit them, especially photos of other people. You must also follow the terms of the AI photo editor you choose.
8. Refunds
Refunds are processed by Hotmart and are subject to the conditions Hotmart shows at checkout. The offer includes a 7-day guarantee counted from the date of purchase.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
