1. Basic technical data

When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the date and time, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this data to identify you.

2. Campaign (UTM) parameters

If you arrive through a link with campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term), the page reads them from the address bar and adds them to the Hotmart checkout link when you click a purchase button. This tells us which campaign led to a sale. The site does not store these parameters.

3. Meta Pixel (when configured)

The site can use Meta Pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms, to measure the results of our ads. It only loads when a Pixel ID has been configured. When active, it records page views, views of the product and clicks on purchase buttons (with a value of $6.00 USD). Meta may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser information and cookie identifiers, which it processes under its own privacy policy. The site does not record purchases; purchases are confirmed by Hotmart.

You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Meta account settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.

4. Language preference (localStorage)

The site saves the language you choose (English or Spanish) in your browser’s localStorage under the name “viralshot-language”, so it can remember it on your next visit. It stays on your device, is not sent to us and you can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

5. Checkout through Hotmart

Purchases are completed on Hotmart’s checkout, an external platform that processes the payment and delivers the product. Hotmart collects and processes the data you enter there, such as your name, email address and payment details, under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your full card details.

6. Cookies

The site itself does not set cookies; it only uses localStorage for your language preference. When Meta Pixel is configured, Meta may set its own cookies, such as _fbp. Hotmart uses its own cookies on its checkout.

7. Your choices

You can block cookies and trackers in your browser, clear this site’s data at any time or write to us with questions about your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as accessing or deleting your data.

8. Support emails

If you write to our support email, we use your email address and message only to answer you.

9. Changes to this policy
